Kynora Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-06-12

Kynora is a personal training app for iPhone and Apple Watch. This policy explains how the app handles data during the beta.

Data Stored On Device

Kynora stores training information locally on your device, including workout logs, training preferences, strength plan settings, app settings, and optional notes entered by the user.

This data is used to provide app functionality such as training history, workout planning, and readiness context.

Apple Health

Kynora can optionally request permission to read Apple Health data. If you grant access, the app may read workouts, sleep analysis, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, heart rate, step count, and active energy burned.

Apple Health access is optional. You can manage or revoke Health permissions in the iOS Settings or Health app.

Kynora does not sell Health data and does not use Health data for advertising or tracking.

Location

Kynora may request location permission during supported outdoor workouts, such as walking, running, or cycling, to calculate distance, pace, and speed.

Location access is used for workout functionality only.

Tracking and Advertising

Kynora does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites.

Accounts and Cloud Sync

The current beta does not require a Kynora account and does not provide cloud sync.

Support

If you contact support by email, the information you provide will be used only to respond to your request and improve the app.

Changes

This policy may be updated as Kynora evolves. If data handling changes, the App Store privacy information and this policy will be updated.
